My agent, April, assisted me with selling my home and I was out of state so I needed extra assistance. She was always available to speak with me, answer questions, try to help me find local contractors to help with any projects that needed to be completed before selling home. Very professional and open to ideas and I am really grateful to have worked with her. Trampus was also a great help when I needed a second opinion as he is also a local. I would recommend using Corder for buying and/or selling property.

April was then able to communicate freely and offer the advice that we were looking for. She was always prompt with responses and requested information. If she was unfamiliar with anything, she checked with Trampus and got back to us with the answers. We will certainly refer others to April who are in need of any real estate services on that side of the mountain!
