All and all was a good experience. There were a few communication setbacks but there sorted out and dealt with immediately. I thought Kaitlyn was a great fit for me and I trusted her to have my best interest in mind, which she did. She fought for me and showed resilience when things got bogged down. She was a trooper and jumped through many hoops to make the sale satisfactory for all involved. She worked tirelessly at night if I called or texted and even on the weekends when she was with her family. I was not the easiest person at times with certain demands and she showed professionalism throughout and always made me priority.
