My agent, April, assisted me with selling my home and I was out of state so I needed extra assistance. She was always available to speak with me, answer questions, try to help me find local contractors to help with any projects that needed to be completed before selling home. Very professional and open to ideas and I am really grateful to have worked with her. Trampus was also a great help when I needed a second opinion as he is also a local. All and all was a good experience. There were a few communication setbacks but there sorted out and dealt with immediately. I thought Kaitlyn was a great fit for me and I trusted her to have my best interest in mind, which she did. She fought for me and showed resilience when things got bogged down. She was a trooper and jumped through many hoops to make the sale satisfactory for all involved. She worked tirelessly at night if I called or texted and even on the weekends when she was with her family.
