This year, I decided to pursue a land purchase in the State of Colorado and so I reached out to Shannon Guelzow of Corder and Associates since he is their Agent that covers the State of Colorado. Again, Shannon is such a considerate and good hard worker and goes the extra throughout the process. He also works hard to search for those listings that meet the clients wants and needs. Also, he spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the right piece of property. He was so willing to get any information that I wanted on a listing and was also so prepared when showing the properties. Shannon was also very organized throughout the process and kept me up to date every step of the way.
