Some people find real estate. Jessica Sisneros earned her way back to it.

A Cascade native, Jess graduated in 2004 and immediately answered a different call — enlisting in the United States Air Force, where she spent the next 15 years as an Intelligence Analyst before being selected for the distinguished role of First Sergeant for an additional 5 years. It’s a title that isn’t handed out — it’s earned through demonstrated leadership, sharp judgment, and an unwavering commitment to the people in your charge. During her service, she was stationed across the country — Washington, Nevada, Nebraska, and Montana — and deployed overseas to Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, and Germany. She has seen a lot of the world. She keeps coming back to the same place.

Home is now the stretch of country near Ulm, Montana, just outside of Cascade — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

After retiring from the Air Force, Jess found herself at a crossroads that many veterans know well: the search for a new mission. Real estate found her at the right moment, and the fit made sense almost immediately. The skills she spent 20 years sharpening — reading people, asking the right questions, listening not just to words but to what’s underneath them — translate directly to helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Add a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and an Associate’s degree in Intelligence Studies and Technology to the mix, and you have an agent who approaches every transaction with both analytical precision and genuine human care.

What drives her most is family — her boys, her husband, and the opportunity to help other families start new chapters of their own. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on the sidelines at a youth sporting event, out on two wheels, casting a line, or simply soaking in the kind of Montana sky — sunrises, sunsets, and a canopy of stars — that you don’t find anywhere else on earth.

Her philosophy is simple: some things you can control, and some things you can’t. For everything that falls in the first category, she shows up completely. For the rest — it is what it is. That even-keeled, get-it-done approach has served her well through 15 years of service, and it’ll serve you just as well.
