Our Team

Born in Illinois, Jennifer Birkeland’s heart found its natural home in the majestic landscapes of Montana, where she’s been living her adventure for over thirty years. Raised in a military family imbued with deep respect for service, Jennifer embraced her youth with a fervor for learning, a dedication to basketball, and a commitment to her community in Great Falls. Her educational journey culminated in a Psychology degree from the University of Providence, where she spent the majority of her time in the library and on the basketball courts as an Argonaut. Life pivoted after graduation, and she found herself living the farm life on a wheat farm in rural Chouteau County. Under the watchful gaze of the Montana skies, she raises two daughters alongside a menagerie of pets, living a life that echos the cyclical rhythm of rural life. She dedicates her time to her children and coaching, recognizing the importance of nurturing the next generation.

Jennifer’s passion for Montana’s wilderness is palpable. Her spirit is drawn to the thrill of the unknown that lies around each bend of a country road or the crest of a mountain trail. Camping trips with her children, the addictive anticipation of fishing, and the quiet eagerness of hunting excite her passion for the state’s natural beauty. With binoculars slung around her neck and rifle in hand, she savors the crisp morning air, the scent of pine, and the tranquil melodies of the meadowlark, cultivating a profound sense of wonder that she longs to share.

This love for connection and community-led Jennifer to the vibrant world of real estate. At Corder and Associates, she plays a pivotal role, aspiring to listen to your story and help you connect with a property, a place to call home. Recognizing the dwindling demographic of American farmers and ranchers, she’s eager to support new stewards in securing their part of Montana’s fertile lands. Her goal is to inspire a deep love for Montana’s stunning landscapes and tight-knit communities, capturing the essence of why living here is truly extraordinary.

“It is not so much for its beauty that the forest claims men’s hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.” – Robert Louis Stevenson
