For the last 18 years, the Garfield County Food Bank has provided food items to local residents in need. Working mainly from occasional grants and donations, the Food Bank stretches the money as far as they can. Unfortunately, this year the funds started to run very low and the Food Bank was in danger of no longer being able to provide this service. Hearing of the need, Aaron Carroll generously donated his funds from this year’s Give Back Program to the Food Bank.

At Corder and Associates we believe it tis important to give back to our community. Kate Sousa gave a donation to Wild Skies Raptor Center. The care and dedication that the center gives the birds to aid in their recovery and release back into the wild is incredible. These raptors are super special birds and we are glad there are places like Wild Skies Raptor Center to help ensure they are here for future generations to see out in their natural habitat. www.wildskies.org/raptors

“It feels so good to give! One of the many things I love about my company Corder and Associates is the “Give Back Program”. Today I was able to present a check to TRACS, my favorite non-profit in our community. Thompson River Animal Care Shelter was founded in 2006 by Wanda Thorpe and Warren Winter. I have watched these two and their team commit their lives to rehoming over 1000 pets a year, helping out in abuse cases and spay and neuter programs. I even got to hold a puppy! My heart is content!”

All animals get a vet check when they arrive and appropriate vaccinations for their age. They also make sure that all animals are spayed and neutered.
