Trampus Corder, broker and owner of Corder and Associates, has called Fort Benton, Montana home his entire life. As a fifth-generation farmer and rancher, he spent the different seasons growing up alongside the golden wheat fields and beef cattle. Trampus was fortunate enough to discover his passion for agricultural early on in life and headed to Montana State University where he extensively studied the field. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education with an Agricultural Extension Option. He returned to his hometown where he started his own farm and ranch business along with numerous other agricultural endeavors including Corder Crop Care a lucrative full-service Chemical and fertilizer business. For more than twenty years, Trampus thrived in agriculture thirsting for further knowledge and acquiring the prestigious Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) accreditation, licensure for dealing chemical and fertilizer for commercial application and certification as a Professional Agronomist (CPAg). He holds memberships in Montana Ag Business Association, the American Society of Agronomy, Soil Society of America and the Crop Science Society of America. Not only is he an expert in his field but he participates as a member of the city and county planning boards.  He is generous in his support of youth, church and the ag industry throughout the state of Montana.

His commitment to stewardship and conservation of the land by keeping the American tradition of ranching alive inspired him to obtain his real estate license. Alongside his wife Staci, they started Corder and Associates specializing in farm, ranch and recreational real estate sales.  Because of his determination to build his own farm and ranch, Trampus realizes the effort and hard work needed to break into the agricultural industry and be successful. He understands the value of land, soil health, grazing capacity, marketing strategies and conditions needed to profit. Consequently, Trampus has participated in numerous transactions of some of Montana’s largest agricultural operations and sold several of Montana’s most desirable recreational properties.

When he is not working one of his many professions, you can find Trampus at peace in the Shonkin mountains at his cozy cabin hunting, fishing, hiking or horseback riding with his much-loved daughter Casha.

From surmounting rugged mountains outfitted in camo calling in bull elk to wrangling a calf for branding, this illustrates the life that Trampus lives. Wearing his cowboy hat and a charismatic smile, he genuinely lives the life he sells.
