Our Team

Mateya Richter was born and raised in Montana, spending part of her childhood on a small ranch in western Montana where she developed a strong work ethic at an early age. She later moved to eastern Montana, where she completed high school before earning her nursing degree from Montana State University.

Following graduation, Mateya moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked full-time on a neuro/trauma floor while also gaining experience as a part-time aesthetic injector. Her time in healthcare shaped her compassionate approach, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to putting others first—qualities that now carry over into her real estate career.

While she enjoyed the sunshine and pace of Arizona, Montana has always been home. With her husband returning to work on the family farm in Joplin, Montana, and the recent addition of their baby boy, Mateya knew it was the perfect time to begin a new chapter in real estate.
