Our Team

Raised on a ranch near Valier and a graduate of Valier High School, Corrie Jo Seaman carries Montana in her bones. From early mornings in the saddle to long days working the land, her life has been shaped by the values of hard work, responsibility, and respect for community. Today, she calls North Browning home, just outside of Babb — a place that mirrors the wide-open spaces and grounded lifestyle she has always cherished.

When her son graduated and began his own journey, Corrie Jo found herself ready for a new chapter — one that allowed her to remain productive, connected to people, and rooted in the lifestyle she loves. Real estate became a natural fit. It offered the perfect balance between service, flexibility, and meaningful human connection — all while honoring her lifelong ties to ranching and rural Montana.

What truly sets Corrie Jo apart is her servant’s heart. Whether she’s helping a neighboring rancher, volunteering for a local fundraiser, or guiding a family through one of life’s biggest decisions, she approaches every opportunity with humility, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Giving 110% isn’t a slogan for Corrie — it’s simply how she was raised.

Ranching isn’t just part of Corrie Jo’s past — it’s her present and her perspective. Having lived every aspect of ranch life, she understands land, livestock, stewardship, and the trust required in rural transactions. This firsthand experience allows her to serve agricultural and lifestyle property clients with insight few can match.

Outside of real estate, Corrie Jo enjoys fishing, woodworking, gardening, and cooking — passions that reflect her appreciation for craftsmanship, patience, and creativity. What she loves most about real estate is the people, the stories, and the opportunity to be part of meaningful life transitions. With lifelong Montana roots and a servant’s heart, Corrie Jo Seaman is proud to help clients navigate their real estate journey with confidence, authenticity, and care.
