Born and raised under the wide-open skies of Fort Benton, Montana, Casha Corder comes from a strong agricultural background where she learned the meaning of hard work early on. Growing up on a working farm and ranch, caring for cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, and horses taught her the importance of responsibility, perseverance, and the value of commitment. These qualities are the foundation of how she serves her clients today.

Currently a junior at Montana Tech University in Butte, Casha is pursuing a degree in Business Information and Technology. Thanks to college-level courses she completed in high school, she advanced quickly through her program. She also plays competitive golf and enjoys the full Montana lifestyle—from lake days to mountain adventures.

Real estate is more than a career for Casha—it’s part of her DNA. She grew up watching her parents thrive in the industry and saw firsthand how powerful it is to help people find the right home or property. That lifelong exposure sparked her own passion to follow in their footsteps and bring her own energy, perspective, and tech-savvy approach to the field.

Years on the ranch taught Casha how to read the land—how to spot potential, understand the lay of it, and respect what makes each acre unique. Today, she brings that same intuition and insight to the real estate world, helping clients navigate the market with clarity and confidence.

She’s passionate about helping people find their own piece of Montana—whether it’s a cozy home in town or acres of open land for their next adventure. She loves connecting with clients, understanding their goals, and working hard to make their dreams a reality.

Outside of work and school, you’ll usually find Casha outdoors—golfing, surfing at the lake, riding horses, playing pickleball, or taking walks with her dog. Montana’s breathtaking landscapes and four distinct seasons are what make this state so special to her, and she loves sharing that passion with others.
