Trish Clabaugh grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming and spent much of her childhood on her grandparent’s ranch located on Piney Creek. She often visited the Big Horn Mountains for recreating in all of nature’s splendors. The opportunity to explore the outdoors instilled a passion for nature which led Trish to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Park Administration from the University of Wyoming. She enhanced her education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Planning with a focus on natural resources. As a single parent, Trish diligently made her way through graduate school while attentively raising her two boys and spending several hours on the road attending their soccer tournaments.
For twenty-five years, Trish worked for the U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Alaska, and Utah. During this time, her career focus was on land management. She worked on land use planning teams in the Routt National Forest in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and the Bighorn National Forest in Sheridan, Wyoming. Her hard work led to a promotion in Juneau, Alaska where Trish oversaw 5.7 million acres of designated wilderness in the Tongass National Forest. In addition, she directed a 2-million-acre designated wilderness study area on the Chugach National Forest. One of her largest projects includes leading a team in developing the flat fee policy for outfitters and guides on the 17 million acres of Forest Service lands in Alaska!
Trish recognizes the importance of family, and as a result, is dedicated to hers. She is a proud mother of two boys and nana to two grandchildren. Relocating to Colorado in February of 2021 was inspired by her love for her grandchildren especially Luka. She also enjoys spending free time downhill skiing, swimming outdoors, and walking her golden retriever.
The real estate industry has always intrigued Trish. Trish brings a confident knowledge of market trends from researching local markets. Her experience and enthusiasm in conservation and landscape planning tie in well with preserving the existing western landscapes and their value for recreation, fishing, and hunting. Working with Corder and Associates provides the opportunity to continue to share her knowledge, and simultaneously, assist clients with finding their dreamland in the beautiful state of Colorado!
